KHD Consulting International provides cross-cultural competence training and career coaching for Organizations and Individuals.

In our career coaching programs we help you identify you skills and strengths; improve your job search strategy and be a better and more confident interviewee. Once in your new job, we continue to support you by providing career management coaching with a focus on interpersonal relations, communication and performance management.
Our cross-cultural competence training is centered on two main themes:
1. Enhancing your skills in working with people from different backgrounds, and being a more effective communicator when doing business with clients from a culture different than yours; and
2. Providing cultural training about living, working and doing business in the USA.
If you are relocating to a new country or region we will provide you with the tools and knowledge to understand the local culture and adjust more easily.
