If I showed you one of my passion projects–an oil painting in progress–you would dismiss me as a painter. That’s because it’s not done yet. I haven’t yet created enough layers. In its early stages, it lacks depth and life. A lot of the substance will appear as I paint more layers.
Ironic, because in my coaching business, I do just the opposite. I help my clients breakdown layers to discover a greater self-awareness and identify their strengths and weaknesses so they can use this awareness to be the best executives possible.
But long before the pandemic, I was working with companies to help improve corporate cultures and create healthy, happy work cultures for teams and individuals.
I work with executive teams to help them release their full potential as a team – bringing into alignment their values, vision, goals and purpose. We identify their strengths and differences and draw a map for how they can lead together, with excellence.
My individual coaching clients are excellence-seeking leaders, managers, and rising stars who want to lead with purpose. You’ll need an open mindset to be able to challenge yourself to uncover assumptions, thought processes, and behavioral patterns that hold you hostage
After 20+ years in global organizational development, working in HR, career development, leadership development, organizational change, and well-being at work, I focus on helping international corporations and individuals struggling with workplace environment issues create a culture where staff feels taken care of so that productivity increases and employees feel supported–emotionally, mentally, and culturally.
