I work with clients to assess their needs and develop custom workshops and retreats to deliver sustained organizational impact. Workshops build specific skills and can range from 45 minutes to full-days and can be delivered in person or virtually. Retreats empower your team to connect, learn, and innovate while refining your vision, mission, values, and strategy. They last at minimum one full day and are facilitated in person.

As a trainer and facilitator, I use a coaching approach to share knowledge while empowering others to take ownership of their learning. Participatory strategies such as activities, questioning, and discussions create moments of exploration and deeper thinking. Research shows that this approach delivers transformative and lasting learning. 

In retreats, I further incorporate team building, mindfulness, and physical movement. Clients describe me as engaging, energetic, and empathetic. My holistic approach fosters honesty, psychological safety, creativity, and innovation.
